Alan Hansen’s Premier League Preview: Everton v Chelsea
Alan Hansen, 9th February 2010
Everton host league leaders Chelsea still smarting from a disappointing, bruising Merseyside derby defeat at Anfield last weekend. The spirit in the Toffees camp must have been deflated after failing to capitalise on Liverpool’s first-half red card but at least David Moyes’ won’t have to work too hard to lift his players for the visit of Carlo Ancelotti’s side.

Wolves pulled off one of the shock results of the season when they beat Tottenham 1-0 away at White Hart Lane back in December. Despite that performance, I don’t expect Wolves to pick up their first league double over the North Londoners in 56 years this midweek.
Alan Hansen’s Premier League Preview: Aston Villa v Manchester United
Alan Hansen, 8th February 2010
Champions Manchester United face a tough trip to Villa Park this midweek to face an Aston Villa team with the best defensive record in the Premier League. This promises to be an intriguing clash with both sides in good form and may well be decided by how Villa’s mean defence copes with the league’s top scorer Wayne Rooney.
Alan Hansen’s Premier League Preview: Arsenal v Liverpool
Alan Hansen, 8th February 2010
Arsenal lost to title rivals Chelsea at the weekend to cap a miserable fortnight for the Gunners. Arsene Wenger’s team have not won any of their last four matches in all competitions as they’ve slumped to FA Cup defeat at Stoke, been held at Villa and been beaten by their two title rivals. Next up they face a resurgent Liverpool team which has been grinding out some excellent results and will be extremely hard to beat at the Emirates.
