Diego Milito: Argentine Serie A Star Hitman In Talks: Spurs, Man City & Manchester Utd in Hunt

According to press reports and the player’s agent, Diego Milito may well be on his way to the Premier League this summer after an excellent season in Italy. Only two players have scored more in Serie A than the Argentine who has scored an impressive 19 goals in 27 league appearances (26 starts) which has prompted speculation he will now leave with Manchester United, Tottenham and Man City heavily linked to the striker.

It would seem Chelsea’s defeat to Arsenal is in the end of the world for them if you believed what you read in the press. The reaction to that defeat is ridiculous. Chelsea are 1 point behind Liverpool and still ahead of Manchester United and Arsenal so it’s hardly the end of the line for them.

Arsenal face a real tough test this weekend as they travel to Stamford Bridge to face League leaders Chelsea with their title hopes already hanging by a thread and we are not even into December yet. If they are beaten as I think they will be then I can’t see them winning the title this season, not because they don’t have the quality as they are on a par with the fellow big four in that respect but because their confidence has taken a battering.

For me, too much has been written about how great Manchester City’s record £32.5m Brazilian signing is. People would think Robinho was Ronaldinho the way he has been hyped up in the past week but in my opinion he is well overrated. I don’t remember him being a huge hit at Real Madrid though he did have his moments. In fact, the lad was a substitute for long periods in Spain so I wouldn’t expect too much of him.
