Tottenham are being strongly linked with newly crowned Scottish PFA Player of the Year Scott Brown this summer. The 23-year-old Celtic star has enjoyed a good 2nd season at Celtic Park culminating in the PFA award. He is also a regular in the Scottish national team and is renowned for his tough tackling and engine.
