Gallas is a good captain but he does have weaknesses (sitting thing was not right) Toure would also be great but he is not the most composed of players. Cesc is not ready and he is a star so it wouldnt work. If Rosicky showed more signs of playing he would be a decent captain i think. I reckon keep Gallas though. Its a hard one actually!

He is calm which you need in a captain but willing to fight and bring teh team together and share his enthusiasm for the game.
