The Sack Race: Which Premier League Manager Will Lose His Job First? Arsenal, Aston Villa, Blackburn, Bolton, Chelsea, Everton, Fulham, Hull, Liverpool, Man City, Manchester United, Middlesbrough, Newcastle, Portsmouth, Stoke, Sunderland, Tottenham, West Brom, West Ham & Wigan Fans Have Your Say!

Are the Bookies Right, Is Curbs Likely to be Sacked First?Last season there were a number of Premier League managerial casualties early into the campaign with surprise departures such as Martin Jol, Billy Davies and even the ‘special one’ himself…Jose Mourinho. This season the bookies have already decided on their favourites for the chop with Alan Curbishley tipped to be odds on to depart Upton Park first.

Newcastle’s returning messiah Kevin Keegan is 2nd favourite with many expecting his tempestuous relationship with owner Mike Ashley and Sporting Director Dennis Wise to end in tears. The three newly promoted sides also feature heavily amongst the favourites just like last season when Derby and Birmingham both jettisoned their managers early into what is usually a difficult campaign.

Then there’s the likes of newly appointed managers Paul Ince and Felipe Scolari who no-one can be too sure how they’ll perform under the unique Premier League spotlight.

So who do you think will lose his job first? Which club do you think will give into the knee-jerk reaction of changing their manager at the first sign of trouble? Vote and let’s hear your views why.

It has to be Curbs, his own fans hate him, what chance has he got?

  2. njohns3 Says:

Could well be Ince. If you’re even considering giving Robbie Fowler another chance in the Premier League then you must be barking…..
