Who is the Best Goalkeeper in the Premier League? Arsenal, Aston Villa, Blackburn, Bolton, Chelsea, Everton, Fulham, Hull, Liverpool, Man City, Manchester United, Middlesbrough, Newcastle, Portsmouth, Stoke, Sunderland, Tottenham, West Brom, West Ham & Wigan Fans Have Your Say!
There is a lot of speculation concerning goalkeepers moving around the Premier League at the moment with English number 1’s Scott Carson and Paul Robinson currently up for grabs. Then there’s Blackburn’s veteran shot-stopper Brad Friedel who is linked to a move to Villa Park.
There’s a number of clubs have brought in new keepers and none have been as high profile as Spurs new Brazilian star Heurelho Gomes who has reportedly arrived in a £9m deal from PSV. He arrives with a big reputation but do you think he can cut it in England?Do you prefer the golden oldies such as David James and Edwin Van der Sar above the new kids on the block such as Joe Hart and Ben Foster. Would you choose experience over youth as your number one?
Chelsea’s Czech star Petr Cech has widely been regarded as the best the Premier League has to offer in recent seasons but after a number of high profile mistakes his reputation as the best of the best in England’s top division is seriously under threat.
With all this in mind we want to know who you’d vote as the best keeper in the Premier League? Vote and leave a comment on why you chose your number 1.

in my opinion the best goal keeper in the world of soccer is none other than the 1 and only true iker casillas because he is an amazing goal keeper and i also think that edwin van der sar is 1 of the best because he has not let a goal in for 1500 minutes. the most improved player so far in 2009 is carlos tevez. the most improved team in 2009 so far is totenham because they climbed out of relegation zone when harry redknapp became manager.
