The result is they are all highly motivated and are keenly competing for places in the starting lineup. Result, a hungry and motivated team with a sound backbone of key last season's players led by a natural leader in Ashbee. Early days yet, but this team can make a real impression if they keep it up. I think both Turner and Marney are getting better and better and maybe have much more to come.
