Defeat was harsh - Brewster
16th November 2008
Inverness manager Craig Brewster believes his side were unlucky to lose 1-0 to Hearts.
A moment of brilliance from Bruno Aguiar after 22 minutes was enough to condemn Inverness to another disappointing home result.
The Highlanders have now only won once at home in eight matches but Brewster felt his side deserved more.
"We have got to be disappointed with that," he said. "I thought we put a lot into the game but maybe we could have played until midnight and not scored. I thought there was nothing between the teams and when you lose a goal to Hearts they are a very difficult team to break down. We tried everything but it wasn't to be."
Brewster said his players need to be more clinical in front of goal if they are to end their poor run of results at home.
"We had one or two chances in the first half and we have got to take them. I thought it was a very similar game to the one down in Tynecastle where Hearts got the goal and shut up shop," he added.
