Ephraim hopes for stability

2nd December 2008

QPR winger Hogan Ephraim is hoping the revolving doors to the manager's office at Loftus Road have stopped spinning now Paulo Sousa is in charge.

Portugal legend Sousa is already the sixth boss Ephraim has played under for the Hoops, and the former West Ham wideman admits the club needs a period of stability if they are to push towards promotion.

"Hopefully we can now have stability on and off the pitch," he said.

"Paulo Sousa is the manager at the present time and hopefully he will be here for two and a half years, if not longer."
