2nd December 2008
Ipswich manager Jim Magilton has invited former England assistant Don Howe to take training at Portman Road this week.
Howe worked under Ipswich hero Sir Bobby Robson with England as well as Terry Venables during the 1990s and will pass on his knowledge to the current crop of players.
Magilton told the club`s official website: "I met Don when I was doing my A licence coaching badge and his knowledge of the game is so extensive.
"I have invited him down to the club this week to spend a couple of days with the players and the staff.
"He has looked at some videos of our games and will take a couple of sessions.
"It will be a great learning experience for everyone."
