Matthew handed reserve team post

Damian Matthew has been rewarded for his success with Charlton's youth teams with a promotion to reserve team manager at the club.

Matthew has proved to be a huge success with the Addicks` youngsters and will be hoping this is the first step up of many in his coaching career.

Meanwhile, youth academy manager Steve Gritt will now take charge of the Under-18s.
