Jensen staying grounded

2nd December 2008

Burnley goalkeeper Brian Jensen is refusing to get carried away with his side's outstanding run of form in the Coca-Cola Championship.

The Clarets are fourth in the table after losing just five of their 20 outings so far this term and have made huge progress under Owen Coyle's astute guidance.

However, Jensen said: "As everyone can see we have taken massive strides forward, but we cannot afford to get carried away.

"The year before I came here we were seventh and people were saying exactly the same things.

"You have to take your time. I believe we can do it but we must not think too far ahead."
