Tullberg makes Danish return

2nd December 2008

Hearts striker Mike Tullberg has returned to Denmark for treatment on a troublesome thigh injury.

He has been plagued by the problem since his arrival on loan from Reggina in the summer.

Tullberg will now have a further consultation with a specialist in his homeland, who has treated him previously, as he attempts to overcome the injury.

Hearts boss Csaba Laszlo hopes the problem will finally be resolved as a result of the visit.

He told www.hearts.co.uk: "Mike has gone back to see the doctors in Denmark.

"I hope he can come back quickly and fit. He has been here since the summer and not had many games for us so hopefully we can get him back and he can push on. It has been very frustrating for him and it's important he gets fit as quickly as possible."
