Kuffour set for exit

Jo Kuffour is set to leave Bournemouth before the weekend after agreeing terms with Bristol Rovers.

Rovers boss Trollope confirmed that the club have agreed a deal in principle with the 26-year-old, and are now waiting for Kuffour to complete his medical before putting pen to paper.

Trollope told the club's official website: "Negotiations with Jo Kuffour are proceeding, and all being well, he will train with us on Thursday and have his medical afterwards."

He added: "Everything has been agreed in principle, although he hasn't put pen to paper just yet.

"It's all in place though, and we hope to tie up everything on Thursday, with his signature and his medical."
