Pulis offers no excuses

10th May 2010

Stoke manager Tony Pulis knew his side were well beaten after their 4-0 loss at Manchester United.

The Potters, who have enjoyed another successful season in the top flight, were unable to live with their hosts who were chasing, albeit unsuccessfully, a title win.

"I have no complaints about the result," Pulis.

"Overall we have had a very good season. I was worried about the second season. But we have got more points and finished higher in the table."
