Hangeland facing fitness test

Fulham manager Roy Hodgson will give a late fitness test to Brede Hangeland before deciding whether to risk the central defender for their Europa League game with Juventus.

Hangeland has been struggling with the chest injury he picked up at Manchester United at the weekend and may have to sit out along with Andy Johnson and John Pantsil, who are both sidelined with knee injuries.

Danny Murphy and Jonathan Greening are suspended, David Elm is ill, but Bjorn Helge Riise returns after overcoming a stomach bug he picked up last week in Turin.

Hodgson's side need to overturn a 3-1 first-leg deficit to prolong their European adventure.
