Are you a winner with the New Football Pools?
Nottingham Forest supporter "mmtm" from Nottinghamshire scoops over £30,000 on Premier 10 and says:
I checked my numbers as I usually do and knew I had all 10 correct, however I wasn’t sure how much I had won. £30,000 is just incredible! I also got a couple of 9 correct which was an extra bonus, boosting my winnings up an extra £615.00. I have only been playing about 18 months and already I have had quite a few wins on Premier 10…….although this being the biggest! Being a football fan and as supporter of Nottingham Forest I do study form, hence my success, however I do also think you need a bit of luck on your side too!! I have nothing planned at the moment so I think I will bank my win and save it for that “rainy day”. I really enjoy playing on line and I think Premier 10 is a really enjoyable game and I look forward to seeing and playing more games on your website.
£30,605 Premier 10 Winner & Liverpool supporter Mr Brown from Manchester says:
I am still in total shock, I can’t believe I have scooped over £30,000!!!! It was the exact same date last year that I won £15,000 with you guys, it really is unbelievable and I am hoping I can make it third time lucky! I do study form however I think you always need a bit of luck on your side too. I knew on Saturday I had 8 correct results so the games I was waiting on that obviously won it for me were Liverpool v Birmingham & the Everton v West Ham game, which were both draws. Being a Liverpool supporter but not a fan of Benitez at the moment, I have been covering Liverpool with both a win and a draw……which really paid off for me! I am really impressed with the on line games, especially the new ones and not only did I get 9 & 10 correct on Premier 10 but also 6 correct on Head 2 Head. All in all, I think I had a pretty successful weekend. My children have birthdays coming up soon so they will definitely be in for a treat and my wife…….well she has her sights on a Mini Cooper. Thank you so much and hope to speak to you again soon.
£10,000.00 Premier 10 winner & Derby County supporter Mr Morley from Derby says:
Not only was it great to get all 10 correct and scoop £10,000.00 but it was really exciting as a couple of the matches had me on the edge of my seat! Take the Nottingham Forest v Swansea game...Nottingham Forest scored in the last minute, giving me 7 correct results. I was over the moon, I remember thinking three more and I’ve hit the jackpot. The clincher was definitely the Wigan v Liverpool game. To be honest I think Liverpool are really venerable at the moment and I don’t rate Benitez one bit! I think they were really lucky to have beaten Blackburn a couple of weeks back. When the final whistle went and it was a win for Wigan, I couldn’t believe it…….I knew then I had all 10 correct results. Having just passed my degree and looking for a deposit for a house, this has come in very handy...& just at the right time!
£10,000.00 Premier 10 winner & Blackburn supporter Mr Charnley from Lancs says:
"home wins"…..for probably 8 out of the 10. I went with my gut instinct and it really did pay off. I don’t think many people would have thought Wigan would have beaten Liverpool & probably another surprising result was the FA Cup match, Portsmouth v Birmingham...another home win. Under normal circumstances I would have predicted Liverpool to win, however I feel a little down with Benitez and get the impression there is something just not right with Liverpool at the moment...hence my prediction. It was my partner that phoned me and confirmed the Liverpool result...I knew then I had all 10 correct! I will be sharing this my partner & of course...treating my son.
Liverpool supporter from Surrey scoops a £30,750.00 midweek Premier 10 jackpot and says:
After only months of playing, this is a fantastic result. I knew I had got all 10 correct but until now I had no idea my win was over £30,000.00! Being a Football supporter and big fan of the reds……that being Liverpool not Manchester Utd, I do study the fixtures. I tend to take a look at “Alan Hansen’s picks” and compare them to my predictions. I also study recent form and take into account what players are playing/not playing. I think Premier 10 is a really good game and also gives you the chance to hedge your bets . My wife and I have two children who will both be in for a nice treat and my wife and I will be enjoying a relaxing holiday. Thank you so much.
£30,000.00 Premier 10 winner & Birmingham City supporter timf from Banbury says:
I couldn’t believe it, I was watching my son play in a football match and knew Birmingham City was 1-0 down against Wolves. Afterwards not knowing the final score and thinking I could only get 9 correct, I went and watched the Chelsea v Arsenal game. It was only then I realised that Birmingham City had pulled two goals back and actually won 2-1…… and both scored by the substitute Kevin Phillips! Realising then I had 10 correct I was over the moon but until this call never realised I had won £30,000.00. As I am in the process of buying a new house, this really couldn’t have come at a better time. I haven’t been playing Premier 10 long, only signed up in November so I really have been lucky. To top it all, it was actually on a FREE bet that I won…….now that is lucky, £30,000.00 richer and it never even cost me a penny! I have previously also got 9 correct results which scooped me a prize…….can I make it three in a row?
£10,000 Premier 10 Winner & Middlesbrough supporter Mr Proctor from Stockton-On-Tees says:
£10,000 on a FREE bet and FIRST time playing Premier 10......I couldn't believe it! I was offered a Free bet through the Daily Mail Fantasy Football & being a Football fanatic I had taken up the offer & had predicted my results all within three minutes. I marked them off one by one as the results came through, however I can honestly say I was on the edge of my seat when it came to the last match.......Everton v Tottenham. My nerves were shattered but thankfully Everton pulled back to make it a draw and scoop me £10,000.00! This windfall will buy some new furniture around the house and help spoil our new grandson.
£48,192 Premier 10 winner KO_SELECTA from Bradford says:
I knew I had won but when I logged on and realised it was over £48,000......I couldn't believe it! I had seen an advert in the Metro and a couple of other papers promoting the game and it was this that prompted me to start playing. I felt it would give me better odds than the bookies and thought I would give it a try. The previous month I had a couple of 9 out of 10 correct and I thought to myself if I keep with this it will pay off...... and it did, big time! I find Premier 10 to be a really great game. Being a football fan and studying the teams, it was through looking at the form of previous weeks that I predicted these results. This will make our Christmas extra special, with a relaxing holiday now on the agenda and the thought of moving house now on the cards.
£10,000.00 Prem 10 syndicate winner Mr Connolly from Lancs says:
We couldn't believe it when we checked our results and realised we had won £10,000.00. We haven't been playing Premier 10 long, only a couple of months and to scoop £10,000.00 on your first win and in such a short time is incredible! I have to say, the Everton game........now that did have us on the edge of our seats! We are all Football fans, myself being a Burnley supporter. I think being part of a syndicate really pays off, as we can discuss the games and predict the results together. We play a few lines so if we are unsure on some of the games we get to edge our bets, which is great. I have no idea what I am going to spend my share of our winnings on but I am sure I will think of something soon!
£7,500.00 Premier 10 winner Mr Smith from Llanelli says:
What a Friday 13th this was for me. Some may say this date is unlucky and are superstitious but this was the day I placed my bet and boy was it lucky for me! Scooping me a fantastic £7,500 and what makes it even better......it was only my second time playing Premier 10! Being a football fan I do study the Premier League fixtures however with the International games, I think luck was definitely on my side. Although I follow football I am not really a supporter on any one particular team.......but I don't like to see Manchester Utd winning anything! I don't really don't know what I am going to spend my winnings on at the moment but I am sure over the next couple of days, lots of things will spring to mind.
£10,000 Premier 10 Winner & Middlesbrough supporter Mr Proctor from Stockton-On-Tees says:

£7,500.00 Prem 10 Winner Mr Kennedy from Huddersfield says:
I really couldn't believe it when all my selections came up and I had 10 correct results. Being a Football fan and a supporter of Liverpool for many years I do use my football knowledge to predict the results. As this is only my fourth week of playing I really couldn't believe my luck! Premier 10 is such a wonderful game. I find the International games far easier than the Premier League. I feel with the Premier League anything can happen and have found that with Liverpool on, dare I say it.....a few occasions of late. This will come in really handy and will pay for a wonderful holiday away at Christmas time.
Chelsea fan from Luton scoops £45,408 on Premier 10 and says:
I can't believe when I was choosing my Premier 10 selections they would scoop me a massive £45,408! It was only after checking my entry several times that it actually started to sink in! I have been playing Premier 10 for a couple of years now and put my entry on at my local Ladbrokes. I'm a football fan and a big supporter of Chelsea who I had down as an away win. I take time and make my predictions carefully, it makes those Saturday evening results much more fun. If I'm a little unsure and undecided about a game I tend to cover my options with a permutation. I covered 4 games for the Home Win and the Draw and it certainly paid off. I find being able to do this a great idea. Not only is it a big achievement winning such a fantastic amount, but it's a brilliant feeling knowing you have predicted all 10 Premier League results. There is a lot I can do with this win, one of which I think will be a great holiday.
£30k Premier 10 Winner Mr Broughton from Lincoln says:
I couldn't believe it, I logged onto www.footballpoools.com to find there was one single winner on Premier 10. I shouted my wife and said "Look, I am sure that is me". I play quite a lot of the games and have done so for many years, thoroughly enjoying each and every one of them.... and having had a win on Spot the Ball some time ago. Apart from football one of my other hobbies is dabbling with shares, and I will probably put most if not all of my winnings into investing in some more. I do study the teams but tend to go with my gut instinct. I think the result that most people are talking about, and the one that clinched it for me, was the Sunderland v Liverpool game......how ironic was that! I couldn't believe it myself, trust a Manchester United supporter predicting Liverpool would lose!
This season's first Premier 10 jackpot saw two winners share the prize and receive £15,000 each. One of the winners Mr Anderson from Leicestershire said:
It was the first time in 35 years that I was cheering for Spurs to win while sat in my Arsenal shirt, and I am glad I did! I love playing Premier 10, it's a proper skill game and I really get into studying the fixture list and keeping an eye on team form and players injuries etc on the run up to games to make the most of my predictions. It makes my weekend's very interesting and this is fantastic news.
Twice Premier 10 League Winner Mr Toth from East Sussex says:
I can't believe I have won this for the second time.....it's incredible! I do study the fixtures and I am big Football fan......Arsenal being the team I support. Not only is Premier 10 good fun but it's so easy to play too. I also play the Football Pools on Direct Debit, this is so convenient.....means I never have to worry about renewing my entry. I am so pleased I have won this again not only for the money but it is such an achievement winning this twice.
Mrs Aguiar from Bishop's Stortford won £18,532.00 says:
I like to follow Football and I am a big big fan of Manchester United. I have only been playing Premier 10 for a short while but after studying the fixtures for last week and having a feeling I was about to be lucky I covered all options and selected 3 bankers........Manchester United being one of them......of course!! I was delighted when I saw the results and even more excited when I knew how much I had won. I do like a little flutter and will continue playing Premier 10 along with Footy 15......hopefully my selections will come up trumps again. £18,532.00 is an incredible amount of money. I think Christmas has definitely come early for me this year.
£27,448.00 Premier 10 Winner Mr Ballard from Weston super Mare says:
I recently saw this new game from The New Football Pools and thought it would be fun to give it a go! I am delighted that I did, as it paid off and I won first time! It has been fantastic ever since and couldn’t have been better timing. I am just about to move house and need to furnish the place! Football legend and pundit for The New Football Pools John Barnes said, Mr Ballard must know his stuff, to make 10 correct predictions on his first go takes some skill.
£10,000.00 Premier 10 Winner Kilo (nickname) from Manchester says:
I've won £10,000 ...... I can't believe it! My computer went down yesterday so I had no idea, this is fantastic! As well as Premier 10, I also play Footy 15 and the Pools, of which on my Pools entry I have used the same numbers for almost 25 years. I love football, in fact I am a huge fan of all sports. I buy the Daily Mirror every day for the racing results and it was through this that I logged onto the Daily Mirror website, there was a link to The New Football Pools and it was this that prompted me to start playing online. Being a football fan and a big supporter of Everton I do enjoy studying the fixtures before making my final predictions. This really has paid off and I can't wait to log back on and place my next entry.
£10,000.00 Prem 10 Winner kilo says:
I've won £10,000.00......I can't believe it! My computer went down yesterday so I had no idea, this is fantastic! I also play Footy 15 and the Pools, of which on my Pools entry I have used the same numbers for almost 25 years. I love Football, in fact I am a huge fan of all sports. I buy the Daily Mirror every day for the racing results and it was through this that I logged onto their website. I was then sent a link and it was this that prompted me to start playing again. Being a Football fan and a big supporter of Everton I do enjoy studying the fixtures before making my final predictions. This really has paid off and I can't wait to log back on and place my next entry.
£95,728.00 Pools Winner & Wolves supporter Mr Jones from Wolverhampton says:
Are you calling me to let me know my Pools entry is due for renewing? Could you just repeat that please...did you say I have won £95,000.00? That's incredible...I don’t know what to say, could you just hold the line while I tell my wife the news. I had no idea my numbers had even come up never mind scooped me almost £96,000.00! I have in the past had a couple of small wins but nothing like this. I have always played the same numbers and will continue to do so...I really can’t believe it! We have children and grandchildren which we will definitely be spoiling and some home improvements for ourselves, new windows will be first on the agenda along with a change of car. I really can’t thank you enough!
£50,420.30 Pools Winner Mrs Gower from Surrey says:
£50,000.00?????...oh my goodness!! I don’t check my numbers so I had no idea they had come up! I have been playing a long time now and this is actually my second big win...my first one was about 10 years ago, that being £20,000.00. They say things come in three’s so fingers crossed for the third one!! My numbers were just randomly selected however I have always kept the same ones...so glad I did! I will be definitely be putting this to good use with a little put aside to treat my close friends.
£144,530.66 Classic Pools Winner & Tottenham Hotspurs supporter Mr R Smith from Stevenage says:
How much?? Wow, over £144,000 this really has taken me by surprise! I don’t check my numbers so I had no idea they had come up. The entry is between myself and a friend so he will be over the moon when I tell him……..as will my wife. Apart from being a football fan and a supporter of Tottenham Hotspurs I think you always need a little bit of luck on your side. I just pay for the full year and forget all about it untill you remind me…….or even better, give me wonderful news like this and tell me I’ve won! After treating my two sons and of course our only granddaughter we will now be able to take a well earned trip to Australia. I am working away from home at the moment however with this news I think I can take a day or so off & celebrate with the family.
Biggest Ever Top Prize Payout
The New Football Pools paid out £4 Million this week in its biggest ever top prize payout. A £3 Million top prize payout was shared by 14 Classic Pools players of The New Football Pools, each scooping just over £214,285. In addition, one of our Zetters pools players; also owned by The New Football Pools, netted the Zetters £1 Million top prize promotion.
The winners gathered in Liverpool at The New Football Pools celebratory event where they were handed their winning cheques by 1966 World Cup winner Roger Hunt and football celebrities Alan Hansen and Tony Cascarino.
The £1 Million winner, Mr Proudlove from Stoke, who is a lifelong Stoke City supporter, turned his 71 pence stake into a £1 Million win. He has been a Pools Collector for over 20 years and met World Cup winner and Stoke City legend Gordon Banks to celebrate the news. He said: “I live and breathe the Pools. My mum and dad were collectors and I have been brought up on it. I can’t get over what you are saying, this is fantastic. You always dream of winning but never expect it.”
Joining Mr Proudlove amongst the winners were people from all corners of the UK, reflecting the national appeal of The New Football Pools. Winners spanned all age ranges and the longest standing player amongst the winners played for over 40 years, whilst another only just renewed his entry in time for last weekend’s game.
One of the key fixtures included the 2-2 draw at Leicester vs. Coventry which remarkably produced a winner from both cities, after Gary Deegan’s 87th minute goal saved a point for the Sky Blues.
Mr Taylor from Leicester could only praise the away team for their effort making him £214k richer: “I am a Leicester fan and was cheering for them to win! I suppose a draw turned out lucky for me.”
Late equalisers at Villa, Palace, Leicester, Wycombe and Burton all combined to provide the bumper payout. In the Burton vs. Chesterfield game, an 89th minute penalty miss followed by an extraordinarily late 95th minute Greg Pearson goal saved Burton’s blushes against the visitors. East Midlands winner Mr Scoble said: “Blimey, this is fantastic, I really can’t take this in! I’m not sure what I will spend it on but, I think my wife and I will be enjoying a well earned holiday!”
Two winners based in the North West of England, Mr O’Neill from Wigan and Mr Anzani from Liverpool had Blackpool to thank for their win when the 89th minute goal by the Seasiders Ben Burgess drew them level at Crystal Palace. Mr Anzani was delighted when he got the call that he had won. He said: “This is fantastic! I love Football and I am true follower of Liverpool and am also a steward there. When I was 12 I remember going to watch Liverpool win The FA Cup with Roger Hunt scoring the first goal! When my wife used to work for the Pools I wasn’t able to play, but now I can, we are delighted. It’s brilliant!”
East and West Anglia, Cleveland and Hampshire also proved to be lucky areas, producing two winners each. Meanwhile, Scottish winner Mr Menzies’ home team in Dundee had a part to play in his win thanks to their 2-2 draw away at Aberdeen. Although all 4 goals came in the first half, it was an added time equaliser just before halftime that ended up drawing the game. Mr Menzies said: “I have been playing since 1972 and only renewed my entry on my birthday at the beginning of the month. I have been a big fan of Dundee United since 1953, they really helped me out!”
Roger Hunt, who is also The New Football Pools, Pools Panel Chairman comments: “To be part of The New Football Pools biggest ever payout is fantastic and it is great to meet some of the winners here today. As The Football Pools was the original millionaire maker, it’s great such an exciting weekend of football created so many big winners right across the UK.”
£118,128.91 Pools Winner Mr Thomas from Wigan says:
What, we've won £118,000 on the Football Pools.......I can't believe! This really has taken me by surprise as I had no idea my numbers had come up.....I'm speechless! This is my second win now, my first one scooped my £900 only a couple of years back, now this one.......can I make it a hat-trick? Having just treated myself to a new car I will now be able to buy my wife a new one and treat our children. Having a cruise booked for February, we can now enjoy this with no expense spared. My dad used to play the Pools when I was young and I remember sitting with him and watching the results on a Saturday afternoon so I suppose it's thanks to him that I started playing......& of course being a supporter of the Reds......Liverpool!! I can't explain the feeling I have knowing I have won this amount of money but I can honestly say my wife and I are over the moon and this will make our life so much easier. It was about 18 months ago when I changed my numbers after deciding to include my lucky number 7, by itself and in multiples. You could also say the Pools Panel played a little part in this as three of my results were their decision. We will definitely be out celebrating tonight and enjoying a nice meal.....we really can't thank you enough!
£201,420 Pools Winner Mr Clark from Hertfordshire says:
£201,420 oh my goodness......I can't believe it! I am speechless......I can't take it all in! I have been playing the Football Pools for many years now, as long as I can remember. Having had a few little wins, I think the last one being around £200, I always knew perseverance would pay off in the end....... and it has for me, big time! Although I follow football and support Ipswich Town, I originally selected my entries on shear gut instinct and a couple of birthday numbers. Along with my paid entries, I also get a FREE line of 8 from 11, which I think is fantastic! It's such a great feeling knowing you have predicted all 8 correct results and won such an incredible amount. I knew my numbers had come up trumps but winning on my Lit Plan, I wasn't 100% sure as to what dividend and amount I had got. My family will be over the moon, my children and grandchildren will be in for some serious spoiling.
Lifelong Man City fan Mr Price from Cheshire won £109,642.28 playing The New Football Pools. He said:
I was really shocked, I didn't believe I had won at first and it took me ages to get used to the idea. I even had to call back the next day to check! This is going to significantly change our lives, it's fantastic. I think we will have a holiday and I might even splash out on some corporate hospitality at a City game!
£50,211.04 Pools Winner Mr Hurd from Wakefield says:
I have been playing the Football Pools with the exact same numbers since I was 18. I always knew they would come up one day but £50,000.00…..that’s unbelievable! I hadn’t checked my numbers but I know you check them for me, which is so reassuring. It’s great I just put my numbers on for the year and don’t have to worry about it then till you send me a reminder. This call is a real surprise…..I can’t wait to tell my wife! I think until we have decided how to spend this wisely, we shall be putting it all straight in the bank.
£44,921.70 Pools Winner Mrs Hughes from Shrewsbury says:
We have just got back from holiday. I couldn't believe it when I saw the cheque. When I told my husband, he didn't believe me, but once he saw the amount, he was over the moon. We are going to book a holiday to Italy, have new windows throughout the house and the rest will be put in a high interest account. As our numbers relate to birthdays and special dates, we will continue playing the same numbers. I hope they will be lucky for us again in the future.
£21,979.80 Pools Winner Mr Moulding from Coventry says:
What a lovely surprise, I hadn't checked my numbers, so I had no idea they had even come up. We will be able to do so much with this. Our two daughters and our grandchildren will be thrilled with the news......we will be spoiling them.....Immensely.
£53,498.05 Pools Winner Mr Wallace from Coventry says:
I play my Football Entry by Poolscard.....it's so convenient. This win couldn't have come at a better time as I am retiring in September. Our daughter is getting married is Cuba in a couple of weeks and up until this phone call we were unable to be there. This fantastic news now means that my wife and I along with our son, can now fly out to Cuba to see her get married. My wife will be over the moon when she hears the news......thank you.
£33,912.30 Pools Winner Mrs Oliver from Wilts says:
Oh my god, I can't believe it. This is my second win on Littlewood's, the last one being £400.00......& I was over the moon with that. £34,000.00, this is incredible......I'm speechless! I don't usually answer my mobile phone while in work, but today.....I am so glad I did. Top of my list will be a holiday along with taking all my close friends out for a meal. While relaxing somewhere nice and hot, I will think about what to spend the rest on. Thank you so much.
£49,766.63 Pools Winner Mr Small from Bournemouth says:
As I don't check my numbers, I had no idea I had won. This phone call has come as real surprise. With nearly £50,000 I will be able to pay off my mortgage.......thank you.
£51,410.70 Pools Winner Mrs Prosser from West Midlands says:
Are you sure….£51,000.00? This is not a wind up is it? I don’t check my numbers and you do say you will check them for me. I can’t believe it….honestly I can’t! My son is in need of some help at the moment with his building company, so this will really help him out….thank you so much.
£55,100.00 Pools Winner cheryl_c5 from Bermuda says:
I had to check a couple of times before it sank in. £55,000 is an incredible amount of money and as I have only 5 years left before I retire......it really couldn't have come at a better time. I will of course be treating myself......but the bulk of it will be invested to help me when I retire. I used to play on the coupon but now having the Internet.....I place all my bets on line. I am a huge Football fan and a massive supporter of Liverpool. We have quite a few friends from Liverpool which is good as we can chat over the games. It was by chance that I logged onto the Internet and saw something relating to Liverpool, it was then I realised I could place by bets online......I haven't looked back. It is just so easy and convenient, & I can do it all in the comfort of my own home.
Although I follow Football, it is through shear gut instinct that I predict my results each week. In the time I have been playing, I have always put Herts down for a draw. I am not sure why, just something I have always done & it usually pays off. I really enjoy playing and although I am more of a slots player, I sometimes play Footy15 and Classic Pools of which, the later has really payed off scooping me a massive £55,000.
£74,575.30 Pools winner Mr Rees from Roxburghshire says:
£74,000.00......that's incredible!! I hadn't checked my numbers, in fact I don't check them, as you say you will check them for me. This has come as a total surprise and has really made my day. I have been playing the Pools for some time and have had a couple of little wins, but £74,000.00......this really is amazing! Not only is it convenient paying for my entry by Direct Debit......but I also get an extra line of numbers FREE. I have four grandchildren who are definitely going to be spoilt. I am shaking so much......think I am in need of a brandy. Thank you so much for this wonderful news.
£1,122.30 Midweek Lotto 3 Winner Miss Craig from Dundee says:
I knew my numbers had come up but was only expecting about £450.00...so with a payout almost three times as much this really is a nice surprise. I have no system to my numbers they were just selected randomly, however I have kept the same ones right through...so glad I did now! I have been playing a long time and will continue to do as I enjoy playing and with payouts as good as this for three correct numbers...well that’s fantastic! I will probably put this towards a nice holiday...thank you.
£1,122.30 Midweek Lotto 3 Winner Mr Marshall from Fife says: (Chelsea supporter):
I had no idea my winnings would be anywhere near £1,122.00 I thought it was going to be about £450.00...so that really is good news. I have been playing some time now both Saturday & Wednesday, choosing my numbers randomly however I did notice that numbers over 40 were coming out quite a bit…….hence three of my numbers!! I look forward to speaking to you in the near future with maybe another win?? In the meantime I will enjoy a relaxing holiday on you guys...thank you so much.
£100k Lucky Clover Winner Ann Gurley from London says:
I couldn’t believe it when a cheque for £351.00 landed on my doorstep. Now you’re telling me I have another on the way for £100,000.00...can you just hold on a minute while I scream! I really can’t take this in…….this is not a joke is it? I can’t believe I have won on all of my three lines, now that really is lucky. I choose my numbers based on mine and my two children’s birthdays, choosing both the day and month we were born, hence the pattern of the numbers. To have one winning line is great but all three, that’s amazing. Although I know my numbers off by heart I hadn’t checked the results so I was shocked when the cheque for the three numbers arrived...now I am totally speechless! I play both my Lucky Clover & my Pools entry via Direct Debit, it really is so convenient and it means I don’t have to think about renewing. I will now be able to put a deposit down on my house, an investment for my children. You couldn’t possibly imagine what this means to me as I will now be able to visit my mum in Barbados who I haven’t seen for 25 years. Not only will this mean the world to me but it will be the first time that my mum and children will have met. I really can’t thank you enough for making my dreams come true.
£12,358 Lotto 4 Winner Mr Biston from Gwent says:
I had no idea I had won so this phone call is a real surprise! I don't check my numbers as I know you check them for me! My numbers are just randomly selected, I don't have any kind of system but they really have been lucky for me & as they say "you have to be in it to win it"! Being a Football fan and dare I say it a Manchester Utd supporter I have played with you guys for many years now. As this has come totally out of the blue I have no idea at the moment what I will spend my winnings on but I am sure a holiday will be on the agenda and my wife will be over the moon when I tell her. £12,000.00......what a fabulous start to the New Year!!
£13,064.50 Lotto 4 Winner and Liverpool supporter Mr Harvey from Oxford says:
I can't believe it, this is my second win now on Lotto .....hopefully I can make it a third! With my numbers chosen at random it just goes to show that anyone can be a winner! Having such a big family £13,000 will come in very handy and I hope to be speaking to you again in the near future.
£14,127.10 Lotto 4 Winner & Aston Villa supporter Mr Franklin from W Midlands says:
That's fantastic! My children and grandchildren really will be in for a treat. I have used the same lucky numbers since I started playing, I had a feeling one day they would come up.....I'm so glad I went with my gut instinct and didn't change them! I didn't have any system like birthdays, special dates etc, I chose them randomly and after scooping me over £14,000 I can honestly say they really have been lucky for me.
Lotto 4 winner and Chesterfield Supporter Mr Straw from Chesterfield says:
I knew once my numbers had come out I was a winner on Lotto 4 but never imaged a cheque would be on it's way for almost £14,000. The New Football Pools makes playing Lotto so easy. I just set up a Direct Debit, it's so convenient.....means I never forget to renew. Originally I just opted to play Saturdays but after this fantastic news I am going to start playing Wednesdays too. I have been thinking about changing my car but I don't have to think any longer, I can just go ahead and get one now thanks to you guys!
£2,000 Lucky Clover Winner Miss Moore from Runcorn says:
I really can't believe my luck! Winning on two lines of numbers is fantastic but winning on the same numbers in two consecutive weeks......now that's unbelievable! I knew I had won £1,000.00 but had no idea my numbers had come up again the following week and another £1,000.00 had been deposited into my account. I chose my numbers at random, not like some people with birthdays etc, however I intended to select number 21 not 23 but once I realised the mistake I thought I would leave it as there must be a reason behind this.....& there was! I am so glad I didn't change it or I would have kicked myself. I have been playing Lucky Clover for some time now......I just love it. I will of course be continuing to play and with the same numbers. I know some people would be tempted to change them but sods law if I do they will come up again.......fingers they do, third time lucky!! As I am going on holiday next week this really couldn't have come at a better time.
Midweek Lotto 3 Winner Mr White says:
£1,809 for just 3 correct numbers...that’s incredible, especially when you only get £450.00 for 3 correct on Hotpicks...it’s 4 times more! I used to play Football when I was younger and although I don’t really support a particular team...I still love to watch the games. Along with playing the Lotto, I also do Spot The Ball & play The Pools each week….always keeping the same numbers on my Pools entry. I have won a couple of times during my time playing & although I don’t know right now what I am going to spend my winnings on, it will be put to good use. My numbers really have been lucky for me and for just £1.00 stake...I am now £1,800.00 better off.
£20k STB Winner Mr Cooper from Salford says: (Manchester City Fan):
Did you say £20,000??...that’s wonderful news. I have had a few small wins over my time playing STB but this is my first big win & hopefully one of many. Apart from STB I also play the Pools and Lotto of which I do through my local Newsagents. This really couldn’t have come at a better time as I have a brother who lives with me and is in need of care so this will now pay for that much needed stair lift. I really can’t thank you enough.
£20K STB Winner Mr Britton from Bucks says: (Not a Football Fan):
I have been playing a long time now, I remember playing as far back as in my first job. I had no idea I had won so this call really has come as a surprise. To me this is an extra special win as it was actually on my wife’s birthday…….I can’t wait to tell her, she will be over the moon. I have a collector who comes to my door every fortnight to collect my STB & Pools entries...it really is so convenient! £20,000.00 is a fantastic amount and although at this moment I have no idea what I am going to spend it on I know it will be definitely be put to good use.
£88,140.48 FREE Players Points Winner Mrs Sutton from Notts says:
Please tell me this is not a joke! £88,000.00 this is fantastic and as I hadn’t checked my numbers, this call is a surprise...but what a lovely one! I have played the Pools for many years now having one or two small wins, but nothing like this! I do like to watch the odd game or two, supporting Crystal Palace which I have done for many years now. Although some of my numbers are chosen at random, some of them are very close to the heart as they are family birthday’s and are special to me...even more so now! I really can’t believe I have won £88,000.00 and all on my FREE Players Points coupon. I think this is a wonderful idea, earning points for a FREE entry when renewing your bet. I have continued playing because it is a true saying "you have to be in it to win it" and this just proves it. I knew that my numbers would come up trumps one day and thanks to you that day has come. To be honest it really couldn’t have come at a better time as my nephew is getting married in April and this means I can really spoil him and his bride to be. I will also be treating my sister...she will be the first one I will call to tell this wonderful news. I think as with most people this will help pay off a couple of bills with an incredible amount left for that rainy day.
£20,000.00 STB Winner & ex Man Utd supporter Mr Taylor from Cheshire says:
£20,000.00? Have I really won all that? When filling in my coupon I never imagined I would be getting a call telling me I had won £20,000.00.......I am speechless! As this has come totally out of the blue I have now idea at the moment what I will spend this on but you have definitely made my Christmas and my family's, thank you.
£20,000 STB Winner Mr Weaver from Bristol says:
I’ve won £20,000.00...please could you just repeat that to my wife? Although I play STB & have a Pools entry which is a syndicate with a few friends, I am not much of a Football fan...more in to rugby to be honest. I have had a couple of small wins in the past, but £20,000.00 is fantastic...& all for just £1.00 stake! My wife & I have two daughters & three grandsons. Something we have always wanted to do is take the whole family on holiday...& now we can.
